I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy which are both evidenced based treatments. I strive to provide a warm, genuine, and safe environment that fosters growth and an ability to do the work necessary to help you live the life that you want.
